QEHS-Manager Supply Chain Nordic & CE

Would you like to work close to the business with matters regarding quality, environmental issues, sustainability, health and security in general? If so, you might be the QEHS-Manager we are looking for.

What you’ll be doing
As QEHS-Manager at Nobia you lead, coordinate and develop our work with quality, environmental issues, health, sustainability and security within the region Nordic & Central Europe which includes nine manufacturing units. Through proactivity, presence and structure you advance our routines and processes in order to reach existing goals within quality and environmental issues. You are also in charge of:

• Owning and developing QMS (Quality Management System)
• Defining standards and measure/follow up on QEHS CPI
• Coordinating both internal and external system audits
• Ensuring that product audits are being fulfilled and be the contact person towards certification agencies
• Supporting our local QEHS-managers and educate the rest of the organization within the QEHS area.

How you qualify for the role
You have deep knowledge within QEHS management systems and have performed systematic and successful QEHS work within the manufacturing industry. You know what it takes to operate change and have experience in creating long term stability and development in an organization. You have good understanding of standards within quality, environmental issues and quality tools such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as a relevant university degree
You enjoy working in an international context and are proficient in both English and Swedish. You will be located at one of Nobia’s units in the Nordic, report to Head of Supply Chain Nordic & CE and will be part of the management team for Supply Chain Nordic & CE.
