HR Manager

Do you thrive in working with Human Resources and all that comes with it? Are you experienced within change management together with a passion for leadership and supporting leaders in their development? Then you might just be the HR Manager we are looking for!

As HR Manager at Bosch in Tranås you’ll be a part of a successful international company where you get to work close to the business on both a strategic and operational level. This includes all ranges of HR, meaning recruitment & competence mapping, talent management & succession planning, contractual issues & negotiations as well as questions regarding work environment, rehabilitation and employer branding. Working from a perspective of change and transformation you will be an important resource in the matters of supporting and coaching our managers and employees in all HR related questions. Being part of a worldwide Bosch HR manager network, you are as well responsible for securing Bosch HR processes and policies at the location.

There are currently five employees in the HR department including the salary team. You will work closely with the complete management board. The position is placed in Tranås.

If so, let us explain what we are looking for: someone with substantial experience in Human Resources, preferably from the manufacturing industry with an international background and a higher education within the area. We believe you manage a similar position today wherefrom you’ve become comfortable and competent in presenting your ideas in a structured and solution oriented way. Your CV shows a track record of implemented successful changes in previous assignments. English and Swedish must be managed in both speech and writing.

Personal features as business oriented, committed and motivated are what makes you independently run your work toward results. Communication, consultation and high integrity pervade the way you handle your relations with other parts of the organization. You look from a holistic point of view where you tie HR processes to the overall business requirements. Your personal characteristics are very important to us.
