Marketing Coordinator

About the position

Barnes Group FMC Marketing Department is located at Strömsholmen in Tranås and from there we serve all our brands with marketing communication, in close cooperation with local marketing resources. We are expanding the department and recruiting a Marketing Coordinator that will work closely with the rest of the international marketing team to coordinate and execute the daily marketing activities worldwide for 3-5 of our brands. These activities include CRM administration with focus on Marketing Automation and Lead Generation, Web updates and basic analysis, enews communication and marketing KPI Reports. You will also work with social media, which includes creation, posting and follow-up as well as support in content production. On-going marketing requests/admin is also a part of the role and consists of business cards, banners, flyers, roll-ups, labels, signs, material for fairs etc. We work in following systems: Sales Force, Episerver, InRiver, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. The position is full-time, placed in Tranås, reporting to Head of Marketing FMC.

Your profile

Your great commitment & willingness to constantly evolve makes it natural for you to take your own initiative, work independently, and carry out various marketing tasks in the department. You are prestigeless, well-structured and like to administer and coordinate.
You have very good IT skills, communicate freely in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. In addition, you are positive, service-oriented and helpful.
