Regional Sales Manager Nordic

As Regional Sales Manager for the Nordic region, you will be the one who ensures our commercial success and that we implement the right sales efforts. Your primary focus is to find new business opportunities in close collaboration with the CEO and our technical team. You will have a significant impact on our continued development of customer structure and market segments. As Regional Sales Manager you will collaborate with other commercial teams within the Rosti Group, that are located and part of Gislaved's unit, which today consists of approximately 90 employees.

We are looking for you to have commercial and technical experience in a similar role, as well as B2B work experience in a production environment. In order to handle the complexity of our sales process, you will have previous experience from the plastics industry. Relevant education would also be a bonus. You are skilled in negotiations, presentations, and sales techniques and have experience of successfully building strong customer relationships and doing profitable business. With excellent communication skills, you can present and explain complex solutions to our customers.
Your organizational, analytical, and skills in planning make you successful and help you coordinate the project group's activities. You are unpretentious and have the ability to work with different types of people and are a reliable relationship builder. You have experience working in international companies and master both Swedish and English in speech and writing; if you can add other language skills, we will view that as a merit. We put great emphasis on your personal characteristics.
